Returning Clothing with Cur'Rissa Desires Sleepwear (Exchanges Only, No Refunds)

At Cur'Rissa Desires Sleepwear, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit or style for you. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Here’s what you need to know about returning items for an exchange:

1. Exchange Policy:
   Cur'Rissa Desires Sleepwear allows exchanges on eligible items within a specified period (usually 30 days) from the date of delivery. If your item isn’t the right size, color, or style, you can exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value. Please note that items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchanging for a Different Size or Style:
   If you need a different size, color, or style, Cur'Rissa Desires Sleepwear will work with you to help find the perfect replacement. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
   Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

4. Processing the Exchange:
   Once your return is received, Cur'Rissa Desires Sleepwear will process your exchange and send out the new item as soon as possible. You will be notified once your exchange is complete, and a tracking number will be provided for the replacement item.
